I’m Hannah, a certified baby and toddler sleep coach, and this photo of me with my children reflects the heart of my approach: gentle, responsive, and rooted in real‑life parenting. I help families find calmer nights and confident routines.

Welcome

Hi, I’m Hannah, a OCN certified sleep consultant and mummy to two beautiful girls. I work with families who are feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just unsure about sleep, and I help them find realistic ways to make things feel a bit easier.

I’ve been there myself, and I understand how exhausting and confusing it can be when sleep isn’t going smoothly. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My role is to listen, support, and guide you through what’s going on with your baby or toddler, so you can feel more confident and get a bit more rest.

If you’re stuck in a cycle of sleepless nights or tricky nap routines, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Those 20–30 minute wake‑ups often have deeper roots, from development and sleep cycles to environment, timing, and your baby’s unique temperament. Understanding what’s really behind short naps can make supporting longer, more restful sleep feel so much easier.
